The UK government’s Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) has extended several electric vehicle (EV) chargepoint grant schemes until 31 March 2026. This extension applies to grants such as the Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant for Renters and Flat Owners and the Workplace Charging Scheme, among others. The government reserves the right to end or change these grant schemes and, if any changes occur, they aim to provide four weeks’ notice and honor claims made before any public announcement, subject to the grant criteria.
